I feel that the +1 at creation is a bit underwhelming. I think being able to do +2 would make Humans more interesting to play while not being overpowered.

That makes human warriors stronger than dwarves (though also as strong as a transformed weretiger) if put into strength... I think 22 wisdom gives four practice sessions per level (very few races have above 21 wisdom, I imagine this is for balance purposes). 22 dex is okay but not exceptional for rogues so I don't think that's an issue. I don't see anything wrong with 22 int or 22 con from a pure balance perspective.

Humans at 50 get to kill level 42 players. Thats a pretty big thing.

I think we can do without that change, honestly. Its just a min-maxing suggestion. If you want to go higher stats than 21 you should pick a race that has that plus the balancing drawback. e.g. slith. Literally just look into slith. It seems like it has everything you want. Thank you for posting it though.
