As for the "cabals only" comment.. its probably because cabals are where nearly all the pking actually occurs at level 50. Not that people outside cabals cant pk, just those guys go apeshit really.

I just meant the lack of non-caballed people from the top 10 killers and most abused parts this month, as opposed to the last ones which had it. Not opposed to the overall cabal centered breakdown.
