What level was intended for the unlit city? It seems a very dangerous area, and can you make something there able to be gated too, rocklings would work just fine.
Please consider the gating, i tried alot of things i just need one closer then the hawker to gate too, i am lazy but it will help all people, or illusionists atleast.
