Double disarm

Some things I noticed with double disarm that may be bugs.

1. The proficiency of the double disarm skill never increases. Ever.
2. After a successful shield disarm, double disarm is not attempted, as the helpfile implies it should be:

While dual wielding, rangers can use the double disarm skill to seize the opening after disarming an opponent's weapon to attempt to disarm his shield as well, or to attempt to disarm his opponent's weapon after successfully disarming their shield.
