Illithids and weapon ward

Actually this question kind of goes out to anyone who might've played an illithid lately. Does weapon ward work with illithids? Because technically, they don't wield a weapon.

Divsky...Comon. This game does not work on 'technicaly'. It works on balance. Yes. Illithids and weapon ward works.

I dont think they should be able to use weapon ward. they are already the hardest race in the game to disarm.

Which is just one of the reasons they have the biggest weakness in the game.

Weapon ward or not, I think I'd rather just avoid Maxlhorn in general with an illithid.
