| I'd go with a halfling if I was making a Knight, although I don't remember if the halfling rangers were removed or not. Its pretty handy to be resistant to negative. |

A 50 has no multikill penalties
But what about someone below 50 who multikills a 50... do they get penalized? |

Multikill penalties apply at all levels. What 50's (and 49's) don't get penalized for is niching, i.e. sitting at a lower level picking off weaker people repeatedly. This is because all 49's and 50's are in each other's PK range, regardless of exp penalties, and so at that level they're free to rack up as many kills as they can, assuming they can avoid being penalized for multikilling, etc.
Multikill penalties also apply for caballed victims, but multikilling caballed victims has a small penalty, just enough to offset the gains made (i.e. neither improves nor hurts your overall record). This is because it may be necessary to fight someone you've just killed again under some circumstances in cabal warfare. Multikilling uncaballed victims though results in being charged with a large multikill penalty, regardless of whether the attacker was caballed or not. |
