Avian thieves

Because one of a thief's primary strengths is their ability to dirt kick and an avian's primary strength is flying and dirt kick doesnt work well while flying...are avians therefore substandard thieves? Stat-wise they seem decent but that dirt kicking thing seemed deblitating. I am assuming that the lack of avian thieves kind of speaks for itself, but was just curious.

I had been using one recently for a little and I was not pleased with the HP gain as expected but if you are going to land as an avian thief, just make a human and use flying scrolls when you are running. You will be better off with the HP.

perma fly is not worth that shittastic vuln.

Avian isn't bad.. it needed its vuln. They are stuffed hard on con and , so its important to 1 prac. If you don't see the value of being able to land/fly as you please, hmm nevermind whats the point.

land/fly is glorious. Just not worth the vuln, imo.

they still make decent mages. and dav is right about the 1 prac everything. the combat change that made their permafly inferior for physical things doesn't bother casters.
