'SHIELD BLOCK' Syntax: AUTOMATIC The shield block skill allows one to block an incoming attack with a shield. Characters with no shield block skill will not be able to defend themselves well with a shield. Warriors, healers, shamans, rangers, berserkers, dark-knights, paladins, druids and invokers may learn shield block. As clerics and spellcasters, healer and shamans are less capable of shield blocking than are true fighters. As mages, invokers are even worse.
