Questions about cabals

How much in your opinion is the chance for a non-english main language person to enter a cabal?

My experience: I had 2 interviews.
First one ended when I had been asked to slay 2 people, which I found obviously grouped together. I was unable to do it...
Second one: after about 6 sentences I have been rejected and in part misunderstood I believe... my interviewer fled hastily afterwards to take a cabal item

By the way, I'm at rank 35th, maximum rank permitted to apply.
Do I have to stick at this rank to try again?

I am quite new but I know in part the areas and how to play. Besides, I played here a couple of years ago for some months.

I thought I could improve much more in a cabal and I like challenges, but I'm getting a bit depressed...
Do you think I should quit trying to enter a cabal?
Any advice?

If you have been told bluntly that you aren't going to be accepted, then don't try for that cabal again with that character - unless you're told what else you can do to improve your chances.

By all means don't give up at applying to cabals.

Time to flame!!! Jk... Cannot answer your interview questions, it all depends on the cabal member interviewing you. Sometimes you get a cool person, sometimes not.

If the max rank is 35, then yes, you have to sit at 35 to find out if you are inducted. Many times a cabal will not let you in if you do not wait at 35 (they call this a test of patience).

Cabals are supposedly meant for the elites, so if you fail to make it in, keep on ranking to 50, play your character til he or she condies, learn from it, remake and try again. At the very least you'll get better.

All my warlord wannabes never did make into warlords. Hah, except a lucky three. Even then, all three needed retests. Damn Ramod and Sethronu :@
