So I use Olyns Cmud mod to play the game. I have come to rely on a lot of the features it offers. However, every time I use the tick timer, I have to completely delete Cmud remove all traces of it and start over with all my triggers and shit gone. Any suggestions? When I turn on tick timer for training purposes, it will never shut off. The options I type in do not show up under tick timer all that. Trying to mess with it simply creates additional permanant tick timers... |

Weird. I use Olyn's plug-in and don't have issues with the tick timer. I don't know what you're using the tick timer for, but I'm sure you could use triggers etc. to do what you want. That also gives you the option to keep your various triggers in class folders that enable / disable automatically when the game passes your character information to cmud via msdp. |

For those of us who use the webclient, is there any option that allows us to time ticks? |

You could do the old school method of using your gut and internal timer. |

The webclient is great for a lot of people, but you'll probably want to move on to something different if you're looking for tick timers, triggers, etc. If you like the bells and whistles it offers, try out one of our community made plug-ins for some existing mud clients here: http://abandonedrealms.com/plugins/ |

I don't think we'll ever support a tick timer in the webclient, because it'd require a lot of pattern matching, regular expression writing etc. There's probably a jquery plugin for that but meh. If we were seriously considering going to all that length I'd rather just hardcode it into the game as an available auto
You can look into tampermonkey if you want to extend the client, the limits are endless with that plugin |

your gut is always better than the tick timer anyway, the game intentionally staggers ticks so you can't time them |
