A global message when someone hits level 50

This is just an idea to make the game a little more sociable. Hitting level 50 is pretty much the biggest milestone any player can hit. A lot of people will want to congratulate someone when they reach level 50. So how about a message that pops up when they get to 50 that everyone can see?

"The monk guild sounds a horn of tribute signalling that Bob has reached the rank of Master of the Seasons"

Something like that maybe? Just a one time thing to make the moment a little more special.

This feels a little invasive to me. I don't want everyone knowing when I hit 50. You know what the level 50 titles are, just keep checking your who list like you do anyway.
