You might have noticed some changes occuring with the Darkhaven town.
Darkhaven has gained a "Dead Legionnaire Tavern" which is where the
guildmasters now reside. The old guilds are no longer inhabited by
guildmasters, or even guarded. In addition the law no longer protects
Darkhaven. There is one new thing of note for Darkhaven - its tavern will
not admit Lightwalkers, and it is willing to teach outcasts their skills.
There are no other restrictions on entering the tavern. I will be seeing
how well this works out, as I add some finishing touches.

Well I was talking with Denadlyr about how darkhaven is kinda iffy and he started telling me what he originally had in mind. Basically a shanty town with no guilds and no laws. Bit of black market business going on there. You know the south border of darkhaven is actually forest and people get wanted there all the time.. well, thats coz darkhaven was never meant to be protected by the laws. So its got problems like that... I figured we could just get it a bit closer to what he wanted.
Oh and darkhaven guards aren't lawful mobs either, theyre the henchman of one of the crime bosses in that area, but I won't get around to fixing that for a bit longer yet.
I gave outcasts ability to practice so that I can hand the flag out to lowbies without feeling so bad.. coz most folks just delete when they get it anyway since they can't practice skills anymore. |

Here's an idea. Now that I'm permawanted, how about you give darkhaven a shop that sells flying scrolls and let me buy stuff there? |

Hmm.... So this now becomes a city of outcasts. Will there be special reasons to go there other than that? I mean, couldn't there be like a good black market where you can sell stuff and buy interesting and rare things? Or at least things for cheaper? |
