I havent noticed that it affects anything, if you are meaning using skills and spells. |

Depends on what you drink. Usually, it won't stop affecting you until you lose your hangover. |

You can't drink water when you're drunk. I've gotten scratched on the throat a couple of times while intoxicated. Don't drink and drive. |

so just to check once more, cause I'm like that, even if your charactor was drunk all the time, save for being sober enough to drink water they would still advance like a straight edge charactor? |
