We could replace the current Guardian skill with an Aura that the paladin casts and it lasts permanently that grants the same bonuses, it would also affect group members who are next to the paladin. Half-Elf Pallys would have the best auras. We could also use a damage aura that does a little damage to any undead in the same room as the paladin. It would not be HUGE damage but it would be like a radiant aura, maybe decimates or less per round to any undead in the same room while the aura is up. Just some ideas to tweak paladins a bit. Perhaps lawful paladins can have an aura that cures them slightly every round. I think we could go many different ways with this. DKs already have auras so I'm sure it would not be hard to code in. |

We already have a series of Paladin changes on the books that we're looking at, some of which include essentially the same things you're suggesting here. Great minds think alike I guess! |
