I think there should be rare arrows that pack attacks from all the elements. That would help out the ones who like their bows. |

There are various arrows out there. Easiest being shop ones (mental arrows, disease arrows, water arrows, magic arrows, various physicals, iron/mithril, blah blah), but there are other misc. ones as well.
Bow users aren't in bad shape..
Thieves, while not having point blank (extra defense + fourth attack), have long dirts. If you can equip bow --> land a dirt against a dual wielder.. You should be doing pretty good there.
Rangers have point blank, bow skills, and a gimpy dirt to use. Too bad they don't have anything w/ arm distension like after some kind of disarm..
Warriors have point blank, a gimpy dirt to use, or can barrage -> bow murder, or overbeared offhand disarm -> bow murder.
Bow is pretty good overall. People should use it more. Even like warriors.. unless you are like dwarf or stronger where you'd want to stick w/ overhead (maybe human w/ a good polearm), I'd almost prefer just using bow. Edit- Keep in mind, this is specific to anti- dual wield (with the exception of forcing a bad situation on them with arm distension). You don't just run around with a bow as a general purpose weapon, that would be rather stupid. |

I haven't been able to find very many that do like drowning or something. |

bubbles from elemental valley(still exist?) and stormfury arrows. You dont neeed a million different arrows that do the same thing. Make a ranger, im not sure if this is a half-elf legacy or a normal ranger thing, if you want to experiment with using vuln items into vuln arrows. |

Well, you can go to Elemental Canyon and carve the water ruler's churner and cloak into arrows...but they do fade fairly quickly. Most of the elements, and disease, can be done like this. For mental, I think the only ones are the ones in Timaran. All the material vulns (mithril/iron/wood) can be bought or made. Hope that helps... |

The material vulns either do not exist or its just impossible to make such arrows, cause I tried many different cases with my ranger and it made no difference. |

There already is lots of rare elemental arrows, like people have mentioned... stormfury arrows, silver-tipped bolts, etc. |
