Just another idea, but is their anyway you can plug in weapon and combat advantage to manipulate the success rate of Bash, Bodyslam, Grapple? Seems like any giant can just bash, bash, bash, and continue to be a one trick pony. It would seem that if you didn't have advantage your bash, bodyslam, or grapple may miss? I'll leave it to you to discuss.

They arent going to hit six in a row or anything ... it still requires a suit of equipment to back that bash up. Any warrior in a set of uber gear gets to coast along with it i.e. dumb his fighting back down to the dirt/bash roots. What we have been trying to accomplish is to prevent giant "flying" from working on top of all that, with things like flee headsmack, problems holding recalls in combat due to wield lags, etc. This helps ensure that any monster can be taken down by 3 or 4 other people at most. The major advantage of a giant is actually the resistance to physical attack, and the hobble working more easily, not the bash success rate and lag duration, because as nice as it seems when done by a 65 damroll character, its suicidal when the other person is outdamaging you.
