The thing that always bothered me is the light equipment slot. When you're using a weapon and a shield, is it a third arm that holds the light? I think it would be more appropriate for certain items to have a light flag or adjust the glow flag to produce enough light to see. |
The location of the light is deliberately unstated.. it just says "used as light". Use your imagination.
In some other muds which are in the same vein as AR, you would have to actually hold a light in your hand, instead of a shield or dual wielding. Other muds have only non-permanent light sources. I haven't seen a light system I liked in a mud yet, to be honest. |

i've only ever seen one person to wear rings on their thumbs and it was my weird french-canadian "i am ze olivier" lab instructor who can't speak coherent english and still insists on explaining every. step. of. lab. for over an hour.
je suis absolument convaincue qu'il était, dans sa vie passé, un mouton. |
First of all it is my belief that "french" canadians, are not really canadians. They are french and they live in canada.
Secondly! If my character could wear 10 rings and had to cry about wearing them on his thumbs.. bring on the tissues. |
