PUNISHMENT

Breaking the rules of the game is an offence of very serious nature. The
immortal who catches you (or, if available, a higher level immortal that
oversees the situation) is able to use the FULL extent of his immortal
powers to punish your character. This can range from slaying for low level
immortals to denying/banning from the highest levels in the heavens.
Note that there is no "minor rule offences" in the rule book. You will
simply be punished to the full extent of that immortals capabilities.

When an offence is commited, a penalty note is written and your site
information will be retained. This will count against you for further
rule breaches, it is advised not to keep on breaking the rules. For
large sites we have adopted a "three strikes" policy with their sitebans.

General guidelines for how the rules are enforced by implementors:
Offence 1: deny
Offence 2: temporary ban until the next reboot
Offence 3: newbie ban
Offence 4: permanent ban
