A mass of tentacles sprout forth from this beings head, placed almost haphazardly by a being who only vaguely knows what an Illithid should look like. His skin is a violent purple, smooth, and shiny as if covered by some sort of slime. It's eyes are jet black in color and set back deep into the skull, granting the impression that they have both been simply forgotten. A pungent smell permeates your senses, similar to that of body odor from other creatures.
