This Elven Illusionist seems to flicker with magic. His eyes are bright green and radiate with a magnificent green glow. His short hair comes down to his shoulders and is a brilliant white with streaks of gold. His skin has an ashen appearance and there are runes on his arms and neck that have a yellow glow, like the Sun, and seem to pulsate with energy.
