The Throne Room

        1. I updated the game rules due to that. I also taught our player here that he can sit down to quickly break a follow.

          I know its offensive behavior because new players are few, but that scarcity is all the more reason why we shouldn't be shooting the vet player either for this. This player is trying to roleplay, and did not break any (at the time) rules.
          It is on us to have worked together setup a game with rules that graciously integrates newbies into PK'ing, with all its alliances and betrayals. That is shown here to simply not be the case because the recall wish doesnt work with adrenaline, is taken away before it can be helpful, and furthermore these mobs are like 5 rooms from the signpost. On top of that, they stop being aggressive to level 40. So this is all really gift-wrapped for griefing, and its seems pretty intolerant to shit on evils who are using what was provided and remained within the agreed rules. Which as a reminder again, I just updated for this corner case.
          1. Toude: I see you're still playing. Bravo mate. That means you have a thick skin and are going to have an awesome time here. You'll find more people willing to help you than fuck you for sure.

          2. Sabsuka: this was a huge dick move and as a result you're on my watchlist. Whether or not you broke the rules doesn't change the fact that you knowingly took advantage of a new player and potentially risked our community losing a new player. Personally I think Dav is going too light on you here by suggesting the imms are at fault for leaving a loophole in the rules. Yes, we did, and that loophole is now fixed...but you knew what you were doing. Very very not cool.
          3. I would invite you guys to ask yourselves what really disgusts you so much about it. Is it because Sabsuka took zero risks to kill a player? Because hmm, doesn't that sound familiar. Kinda sounds like ganking? Am I going easy on that? I remember saying its toxic and getting booed and yawned, like I was anti-PK or something. I don't feel I've made it any secret that I think we have too much toxic PK'ing.

          5. given that there are a thousand hard-coded blocks to using skills/spells for out of range pk indicating we don't condone it here in AR, this was obviously just exploiting a gap in the rules. could have sworn this kind of OOR was frowned upon in some prior iteration of the rules but maybe i am just imagining things. ganking is operating within pk range and therefore a separate discussion. thanks dav for patching the gap.

You have an experienced player who doesn't want their character to be recognized so they purposefully don't tag it to an account leading a completely new player to death and looting them. No rp reason can justify something like this, purely a dick move because that player is angry at the game. Been there done that. At this rank you have plenty of challenges to impress Dogran. Xoran is level 40 elf paladin go kill him, apparently you have halfling monks in your range kill them. This shit was fine when we were all teenagers and didn't know better. Im guessing Sabsuka is an adult while the player behind Tounue is a teenager trying something new with infinite choices to game and he picked a fucking text based game.
