There is an illithid here. He has the usual aspects of the races appearance. A slick dark grey complexion and a lack of what most would consider proper hands or feet, rather having sets of tentacles where those should be. There does seem to be a complete lack of hair as well, from top of the head to bottom of the feet-like tentacles. It is hard to tell what age he is because there is no real wrinkles to speak of, and the facial structure doesn't change that much, but you can tell it is not likely a very young juvenile. Overall, his appearance does not give you the impression that this creature has an overwhelming love of the outdoors, owing to the slickness of complexion and hue of skin.
