Hinn appears short and stocky as many Halflings do, however, his muscles seem unsually tone. He is quite tan from many hours in the sun. Coarse salt and pepper hair is parted above his furrowed brow and pulled back over his ears. Hinn's facial features are rigid and cold. He has pale blue eyes and pursed lips. His sunken cheeks are clean shaven.
