A diminutive scraggly elf is here, his oily strawberry blonde hair pulled
down in strands to perfectly frame a highly angular face. A downturned
mouth, with exceptionally narrow lips, seems to be in a continually
disapproving frown. A bent and narrow nose is accentuated by a bulbous and
bloodshot tip. White opaque eyes, apparently nearly useless in any normal
sense, are nestled in deep black sockets. Small pops of energy float about
his hands, appearing and disappearing with his slightest movement.
