You see a short illithid before you, his skin a mottled mix of vivid greens and muted gray. There is a thick film of sticky gray mucus covering his tentacled head, making small sucking and popping noises as he breathes. His tentacles are long and muscular, reaching nearly to the floor and stained with blood.

He has a thin figure, like most illithids. His body and armor are adorned with various simple chains made of iron or lead. Small unblinking white eyes stare out at the world from the base of its tentacles.
