is a teledeath. So something about the actual act of teleportation killed you there. Perhaps the reboot screwed you, I don't know perhaps the fact that you were still under the effect of 'teleport' (it shows up for a couple of ticks after you do it), when the mud rebooted, it caused you to teleport again.
As far as I can tell from your log you teleported quite hungry, went to sleep, hunger awoke you, you regened some hp (21 hp tick... is ouch), then hunger likely decimated you and you died, kablooming all over winter. heavens go *wrench*
Only after like 5 or 6 ticks of hunger you get to eat more than grazes..
Sides, hunger death stuns you first. You don't immediately die at 0hp, you hover for a tick at -5 hp or something, unless that hunger was a DISEMBOWEL which meant you'd have been starving for a long time.
I think the "You can't see anything but stars" thing means that you're stunned. I remember screwing around on an SMAUG Mud where if you were stunned (went into negatives), instead of seeing "You are too hurt to do that" it would say the stars bit..
