apparently who pk now gives you their level and class.

    Most players have title lists and scripts that tell levels, this just evens the ground a little for those who don't.

    Perhaps with new pk antipadding rules, it a good idea to implement this into who list so people can avoid big difference in pk. I think its a decent change.
