Closer than I would have liked it.. didn't have churner, for some reason I just figured.. meh, don't need it. I'll exploit weaknesses from now on.

A bath house
This was once the bath house for the commoners of the city. Hot steamy water
still wells up from a hole in the floor. Obviously there is a hot spring
located under the city (making the decision to put a city here seem much more
reasonable). Closer inspection of the water yields a dead body floating around
in it, skin melted away from months of floating in there. The west wall has
collapsed revealing another collapsed house.

Things I should have done... not hobble a second time? I did it thinking maybe he wouldn't dodge every time.. should have gone for an overhead, shouldn't have stayed two handed at all while he was defensive (I only noticed I had disadvantage afterwords, I'm a dolt.)

Any suggestions?

    Either style or weapon superiority, you were disadvantaged on both accounts in this fight.
    Style adv - hobble(!), overhead etc.
    Weapon adv - will stop those brutal sidesteps, and you can disarm.
    You seemed to sit back for most of the fight, letting your damage do the work - it was successful this time, but it might be better to be a little more proactive. And you probably shouldn't have fled when you saw his aura drop. He'd already spammed in his sidestep, it seems. Bash him the next round and he'd have probably died before he could flee.

    Good advice

    Yeah, I didn't take the fight seriously which was my first mistake. If I had a churner, woulda been weakness + segment.. woulda been good.. I just flat out didn't pay attention to that, like I tried to vs. Jeroitha. oh well.
