    Nakachi, you have to flee much farther if you're going to heal, and there's little point fleeing if you're just going to come back immediately with a maledictive.

    As Dahlin said, put distance between the two of you when you will heal, catching ticks in arena is not impossible and does great good to shamans.
    Did you Nakachi check his eq for saves hole. You have fine asortment of mental and maledictive spells. If you force him to fix his saves vs every of your spell asortments he will have less damage and will not as easily dish mutilates through sanc. For warlord insomnia and dysentery are sweet sweet stuff. Might have to land deteriorate prior.
    When taking up this much damage it is pointless to stay in fight for too long. Two three rounds then run and cure some.

    There is excellent article on attrition which is basic shaman fighting concept (warriors and zerkers suck at mana regen, they have only so many stances, less with plague or insomnia) either on AR homepage or on ARshit look it up.

    And for goodness sake. Staff of storms would have raped him, even cube would have been a welcome diversion in weapon switching, use the vulns!
