Feb 13 Burzuks bday

Both was when I was low 40's, around 43 I think. Once was when you caught me in town right after I recalled at the Temple of Darkness, and I didn't have my spells up. That was the only time I had been caught off-guard. The other time was when I lost link in New Thalos.

The other mob deaths I had were once from when Druyan flagged me and Orcrist and then we got mobbed by 3 Justices and 2 goods and I died about 18 ticks into my second ensnare, once when I was fighting with my wanted flag and I teleported into Winter, once at about 10-15 when I tried to run into the red dragon to see if anyone left any red dragon eq on the ground there, and once at about 20 when I accidentally stumbled into a noexit to find that all my recall potions had evaporated from disuse. I summoned mobs to kill me rather than swallow my pride to ask for help.

Oh, and Zafrin slayed me once too. =)

By the way, I'm sure that'll all be useless Theran trivia months from now... or maybe not. =)
