He worded, opened the nexus to Seringale, and hung out with the Justice till his other Legion buddy showed up and at that point, I carried on with my own things.


1) nerfed shaman shield block - if the shaman is not defending well at all, he's not going to bother sticking around to do the flee/cure thing is he? Look at Xanvantarum here, he worded at pretty hurt, which is no different to what other shamans did before. They'd run out of mana for word because of doing flee/cure a little too much. Stronger cleric defences wasnt all that bad a thing.
2) Well weapon ward duh. Three out of four shaman races have crap shaman stats.
So.. look at the game before you make it personal. Maybe you'd do the same thing (note Rayor was pushed to post or something, he has a shaman and knows its like this) ... eh?
The class is very poor defensively and I'd definitely whore word like a mage with it now. And if that was taken away then I'd probably just stop playing it completely.
How are shamans supposed to fight necros? I fought one before, and murder try a spell or two, flee at about 300 hp, run and cure and come back... That worked nice actually, but then i was abducted and all hell broke loose. Anyways, I could only do that because of my equipment I think, so how else are they? Blind I think was a good move in this fight, especially if I didn't have any gyvels since you cant have zombies rescue then. But any other tips for shaman against necro would be wonderful...
or Summon them away from their pets.
Dispel and let your melee do the work, necros have crazy low hps, especially rend life necros.
Another would be to try to dispel magic the necro right after he casts a spell - if it works he'll go down a lot of hp
Gyvels and Purples especialy.
If he has 2 purps, dispell. If he has zero gyvels, blind, THEN summon guys away. Its really not that hard. Necros are there for the FIGHT. Shaman's can sit there and make a fight as long as they want it to be. Make it that way.
