    Quaff a purple you n00b.

    I'm assuming you had your entire supply of purples dispelled as well. I found you can usually keep your sanc up on him, if you get around a 40+ mental save. Anything lower and he dispells you right when you enter. He also seems to dispel easier when he has a cabal item, I'm not sure if that is fact or just bad luck on my part though. Either way, 40+ mental saves generally helps, he usually doesn't dispel my sanc for 4 or so rounds.
