She has blind fighting, you don't. Thus while it makes a lot of sense for her to dirt you, it does not make any sense for you to dirt her. Go straight into hobble and sideswipe/barrage/overhead as many times as you can get them off. The charge wasn't bad assuming she wasn't wearing a shield also.

Clifton 45 warrior vs 45 berserker -

I don't understand the trip from the warrior. You've got a ton more useful skills that you could and should be using. A 1-round lag skill though? Not the best choice.

Try to gain weapon advantage, the whole battle was with no switching. Also, make sure that the use berserk. The extra hit/dam will go a long way in a long fight. Dirt kick is a bit of a waste of time on a warrior. You want to use dirt kick if they are about dead and they are fleeing, the stumbling will give you an easy victory. Try to land some bodyslams, the rage / roar works better on magic users.
