  1. Blasphemy Arvar vs Lajiin -
    I like the fact you didnt kill him in the duel.. Other than that, Lajiin shouldnt be dueling you again... you kicked his ass
  2. Cadarel Arvar vs Lajiin -
    Lajiin best advice I can give to you is watch your aura, Worry about style and type advantages, you'll parry more and overcome his parries and avoid that nasty nasty hobble.

    As far as spells go, harm is going to be your killing blow (or close to it spell) so save that till the end, dk don't have cure light anymore so it's not so important to conserve mana unless you're using unholy strength. Try for a strike of pain if you notice you're in type and style advantage, I've had times where I've completely fucked over healers with it because they didn't notice they were cursed.
  3. Grinsa Arvar vs Lajiin -
    These are all for Lajiin.

    Don't strike warriors. They will dodge it and you will be stuck with a two round lag. Strike, I've found, is best against clerics/mages who have let their weapon ward drop. Drop a strike in on them when their ward falls.

    Definitely keep sanc up during fights as Cadarel said, that's a given. Know the resistances and vulernabilities of who you're fighting. Dwarves resist aff, so your fireballs, iceballs, and lightning bolts will do less damage against him. Against a warrior, I would try to go for more flee/murders rather than fireballs unless you're blind, especially because he is going to have a shitload more health than you. He being a dwarf, you being a drow.

    You have dirt kick. If you notice yourself in superior style and/or weapon, dirt kick and then commence with the flee murder deal.

    Don't underestimate the value of unholy strength in arena duels.
  4. Cadarel Arvar vs Lajiin -
    Plague, if you can manage to land, I don't know why more people don't use it...
  5. Grinsa Arvar vs Lajiin -
    The first maledictive I would go for would be curse. Curse before plague. Curse before poison. Curse not only lowers your opponents hitroll, and saves, it prevents them from being able to recall making keeping track of them easier so that when you do land that plague, they can't run away quite so easily to wait it off. To make landing the mals easier, I would wait until partway into a fight when you're down some health already so that you can wear a big mal break like the ones from Timaran without it influencing your current health. Mal breaks are also great for getting 60hp back per vamp touch. Vamp touch is a very viable healing spell with a mal break.
  6. Cadarel Arvar vs Lajiin -
    I would actually be more likely to use it on mobs then the person I'm fighting.
