This room is obviously where the Paladins come to train, for various
items that might be helpful to this training are dotted around. Benches and
seats are ready for use by the weary, although they are often used by the
not so weary trainees who are slacking off a little. The walls and ceiling
match those of the guildhall, with the same white plaster and golden sword
emblem decorating them. Along the walls, and out of reach of those members
who are training their skills, are portraits of the heroes of the past.
They are those who embodied the true essence of goodness and virtue. The
only way out of this room is to the guildhall eastwards.

This is the guildhall of the Paladins, a large room with a high vaulted
ceiling supported by thick wooden beams. All around you are racks of armor
and weapons, ready to be snatched up at a moments notice when the guild is
called to defend the lives of the innocent. The walls are neatly plastered
in white, and following them up to the ceiling you see a great painting of a
golden sword pointing down, surrounded by a circle of light. This matches
the symbol on the sign at the gates. There is an air of peace, tinged with
a military readiness to this place. You can leave the guild by going south,
or enter what appears to be a training room to the west.

At first glance this young human, seemingly attractive, appearing in his
twenties and the peak of human fitness. Bright blue eyes and blond hair
cascades down the perfect features of his face to his shoulders. Looks to
be freshly shaved with a hint of a luring cologne wafting about him. This
well groomed male smiles before you showing a full set of pearly white teeth
complete this handsome smile within a face without blemish or scar. His
robes are of a fine linen, royal purple in color and trimmed with expansive
blue thread. Over the cloth above his waist hold a belt adorned with all
sorts of gems and shiny stones that show his wealth. The robes cover down
to his feet, just above his toes where a pair of worn black leather boots
can be seen. Agic flickers around this man, dispelling this illusion
briefly. Under his strong young features lie a creature of nightmare
proportions. Empty eye sockets hold an unholy gaze within. His perfect
blond hair gone, only bits and bald spots on this flaking cadavers scalp.
His teeth or what's left of them are few, black and yellow gums, clearly
diseased. A very viable crater lie from his neck up to his bottom jaw of
his gaunt face looking like acid burns where some sort of clockwork now
quite visibly broken can be seen. All the skin on this beast is flaking and
slowly decomposing over his now torn and tattered robes, that beautiful belt
missing nearly all the stones. The illusion then is quickly reformed into
this handsome male after your nose is filled with the memorable pungent
stench of carrion.
He has just opened up his eyes to the world.
