Guess I won't be getting that kill. So, as we can see class, he ran away from Darkhaven then back just to hide in his cabal. I didn't bother reporting because the last time Olyn said I was whining. so I kept it to myself.

    He tracks you directly via scan from entrance of darkhaven straight to your cabal. You didn't even consider running around in a circle in Darkhaven.

    Yes people are so desperate to prove you run and hide in your cabal that they completely fabricate logs. Then other people with no vested interest agree with them because they're ALSO out to get you. Clifton read the log he must also be out to get you.

    Couldn't care less about your lame attempts to lie your way out of this. I 've seen the full uneditted log of you not only running into your cabal, but then running out once you get your ass whooped at your guardian - which can be posted too if you want.

    If I recall the incident of Erlwith's complaint, it went something like this.

    1) Erlwith complains vis in-game note about cabal defense or ganging or something.

    2) Olyn receives note, interrogates Legion in question, demotes Legion in question, makes a note to other imms that Legion in question is to be uninducted on the spot if he steps one hair out of line.

    3) Erlwith, seeing no visible consequences from his original complaint, badgers Olyn about it.

    4) Olyn tells Erlwith his complaint was received.

    5) Erlwith makes his dissatisfaction evident.

    6) Olyn tells Erlwith to worry about himself. (Imms are not often in the business of explaining themselves. Especially the internal affairs of another cabal.)

    7) Legion in question crosses aforementioned line and is swiftly uninducted.

    Erlwith complains about several different members breaking different cabal and game rules.

    Erlwith watches as none of these people (some freshly inducted/pre-50) are uninducted.

    Erlwith brings it up and is told to worry about himself. Erlwith is then called out by Legion on the logboards and in game for whining about Legion when none of the complaints were sent to Legion or on the boards.

    I can understand how so many notes in a short period of time would be considered crying. That's fine, and that's why I stopped all together. To be honest the specific situation with Kus you're right, I wasn't aware of what was going on but I will say he wasn't uninducted for hiding then going LD while people were in his cabal attacking his altar guard (if this isn't a line crossed I don't know wtf is) and so a "warning" to me seemed like bull. I have been uninducted from Legion for an ooc tell.

    This is bullshit. THis was a long drawn out fight that was in and out of the cabal. We would fight, He would outdamage me and my spells wouldnt land for shit cause of his saves, I would run like fuck, and he would go invade. over and over again. So he had already initiated invading and bringing the fight to my cabal grounds.

    The parts of us fighting inside the cabal were cut out as you can obviously see. There was an instance during this fight where I fled from him injured while on the path, to the guardian. we were already fighting on sacred grounds, so guardian sitting was more then acceptable. Instead of going after me he leaves the cabal grounds. So I cure myself, and go out and we fight some more. In which I get bitchsmacked by his damage, and have to run away again. I run away, word, redirect another direction and then heal to full. I dont see him, and I know hes going to invade anyway shortly, so not seeing him I go wait to wait on him so that We can continue the fight. That is what you see here. Him coming back after a bit of not fighting, and spamming wheres while I don't know hes even in the area. Im not typing where or anything, just heading there to wait for him to bring the fight back since I know he is going to tap the guardian shortly to try and "keep me from leaving" Im going there hoping that the lack of mental saves gets him dispelled allowing me to do more some actual damage to him possibly trapping him by the guardian inside the cabal. Instead afterwards he doesnt come so we end up fighting somewhere else.

    Guardian sitting in the past wasn't allowed if i'm not wrong. But am i right to say that guardian sitting is alright now? So if someone walks onto my path, i can run straight for the guardian and sit there waiting for him to come?

    if someone is on your path then yes i believe dav has said it is ok to sit at your guardian and wait for them to come. But if someone is not on your path no, running in and guard sitting is not really cool. the real idea behind guard sitting is, if you want to invade a cabal you have to go all the way or not at all. However once you leave the cabal, they need to also leave in a timely manner.

    This is not to say just run to your cabal guard every time someone invades and sit at the guard - but it is a viable strategy.
