ok , first of all, observe that your opponent begin with 1022 and ends with 764. that means you did about 280 damage. how are you going to make an extra 760 ? start with 2100 hp?
u fucked up by not dual backstabbing , at the very least, but more worrying is trying to sidestep that early in fight. i would probably try a 2h sword against a warrior like that, reason: you can expect a spear (for vs dodge) or an axe (foreign weapon) and they assume rogues are gonna counterbalance so they dual wield. its not like there are obvious repurcissions from dual wielding shaft weapons, one dirt fixes them. since you dont want to get raped by dual wield/dual parry (which you did), wear two-handed and youll be parrying it decent. and if he does get on shields then a dirt kick /disarm removes the parry defense completely, giving you a temporary upperhand (weaponless target, dirted, wont do much damage back even if you are hobbled, right), despite the apparent combat style disadvantages, - warriors will find a way to counter that eventually to, but its better than sidestepping
