    That's pretty much a text book definition of an enforcer of law imo. Dagnir is a meanie if you're wanted, that's why you should always where and "where dagnir" when running through town.

    Thats nothing. Dagnir swings. Imaging being a wanted necromancer or Illu with dups or zombies? Saw Casden get swingpwned by Dagnir when he was Wanted, He was lucky to have engaged at the time he did, because he had time for flee to take before he took two rounds, and it still left him with like 20 hp.
