He comes to defend twice, second time I almost get him but he gets away on awful. That was a problem tho because it put the fear into him, he simply waits for his adrenaline and quits, even when I am at his altar and the Demon Necromancer is at awful.

You can't quit while someone is in your cabal grounds, that has pk adrenaline torwards you. If you sit in the cabal and lose the adrenaline, then it is your own fault.
You've already taken Legion's powers, that they have to have an item to get more powers. What else are you going to punish them for? You're running out of things to do to make people stick with it. Oh, you won't defend, you're out. Simple, but I don't see this being a "I won't do that again, or I can learn from that guy". "I just won't quit like he did". If you have the NO_QUIT flag introduced you won't be having this problem.
I would much rather have a legion die and be naked to defend, rather than just have a troublemaker who gets kicked out and the next guy does THE EXACT SAME DAMN THING. When will you guys learn that you're only hurting the cabal itself, pretty soon Dav is just going to say, "You know what? Legion is closed. "Olyn, you aren't the immortal of that worthless cabal of misguided, afraid to die characters". So you guys just keep up, Legion will be out of the picture. You are going to RUIN this for everyone else.
On another note, Az is a hoarding piece of crap just like lendorav was, but hey, if it ain't broken don't fix it. I just wish he would stick around when it's just a one on one, or not log in and quit if he doesn't like who's on. Whatever.
Xenyar I have nothing against implementing a rule that you only have to defend if the attacker is +- 3 ranks and alone. If you feel something like that is fair ask Davairus to implement it, you have my vote.
While the gauntlet is harder for higher xp combos it's not impossible..I've had a lot of kills at rank 44-49 (against 50s) on a firegiant berserker. Granted, it's not easy fighting against a magic user with so many ranks but do what you can.
Stock up on mal saves, get a henchman and dual axes against him. Worth a try.
lets look at elf/drow. They have the worst stats for defenses in the game other than dodge. But they have auto-sneak. auto-sneak because you must get those initiative murders on the other guy. back in the day, people removed their lights, or made some scripting to catch where they were.
In comes hobble and you limp away. it pwns auto-sneak, it pwns fleeing, the two things the elf races need to do.
Lets also look at racial legacies. They were implemented as giving some sort of help to combos that had high tnl.

fire giant berserker with that unquenched fury that keeps them alive far into the negatives.
Im just pointing out that the exp combos were given legacies to offset having a crappy gauntlet. notice there's no human ones.
hes a rank 42 against a rank 50. Its something totally reliant on gear vs something that can sit there and spam the holy death aura all day long..
Still, there is more power to be had for those combos, so maybe they need their holes, but perhaps the class side of the exp combo holes could be toned down by figuring out which ones get wasted for not that much more power at 50, and which ones get lots of power at 50 and dont get wasted as being underranked so bad.
I know if I were running a cabal, I'd make it that 40-44 gets points towards their reputation in the cabal and whatnot, if they defend to the death. If they just quit, they'd have to wait longer to rank up after 50, and if they defend in some form, but do it and not die, they stay level as far as the cabal's concerned, and at 45 defense would be mandatory.
I know there's a rule against suicide in the game, and thats more or less what 42 vs 50 would classify as.
However, its up to the leaders of each cabal to dictate how their caballeds behave, except then, oh look, there's a help cabal conduct that supersedes any cabal leader's possible "leadership" in that area.

well, see what happens is that people who say things like mullet are in Knight. As soon as Legion has overwhelming 50's and gangrapes (btw you can still invade a cabal and force a level 40 to defend, even if they're a human warrior, so stop bringing PK range into it, PK range only matters ALL THE TIME, not JUST IN CABALS) Knights, then they'll be the ones bitching, and we can respond, tough shit you joined a cabal.
Additionally, Having naked legions running around all the time is good for the game.

Anyway, a lot of these people bitch about how "cabals like legion are for the elite who can deal with anything".
right.. so thats why there's a pk range, forced defending, and certain death unless you're at least 45 vs a 50, due to changes in the way skills are handled by level and whatnot.
