Hadn't planned to make a cabal for a long long time, but with the new changes, are they more or less fun?

depends on your play style and what you are looking for. If you are in it for the long haul you will see power swings almost monthly. Keepers for me wasn't very fun because no one from that cabal is ever on to help you rank. Justice is always borning since no one attacks you, but it is a slightly more interesting now that legions power comes from captured cabal items. I say easiest road to get back into cabal life is Knights because thats pretty much the only cabal where people are active and will help you out.
