You went for a disarm, while in sword and shield status vs two weapon. I believe that two weapon vs 1h and shield makes disarm weaker.
In fact, I believe that disarm works like this.
If you have two hander, you can disarm dual wielder, if you have dual wield, you can disarm 1h and shield, if you have 1h and shield, you can disarm two hand.
basically, if already have an advantage, you can disarm, but then you waste the potential of using something more worthwhile, like hobble to stop fleeing, or a lag skill to keep an enemy getting hit harder and more often with concentration. disarm could be said to be a skill on par with magic missile now. it just doesn't compare in a fight against skills like hobble or lagging due to combat module. Look at high level play and you don't see it, unless its autodisarm from a different skill.
one successful bash anywhere in this log and he'd be dead. no cast = dead hybrid, rapes paladins or dks.
dunno why he was dirt kicking you, he should know his opponent by race to see thats a waste of lag time, unless there's a specific reason to try it and PRAY it lasts longer, such as you being disarmed or some other very bad thing.

there is very bad luck in play here, as well as a mountain of simple things that could've been done. bash spam would've seen you win even if you kept your 1h and shield vs two weapons and an axe.
I hope this helps some. You should really own this guy next time.. hands down, for a warrior against a dk. downgrade to two weapon for dual parry and watch the rape fly.
I've also decided, awhile ago, that disarm is really worthless. It doesn't lag the receiver and there's no penalty for them just instantly re-wearing the weapon. So it's dumb. For a warrior, using a shield, it's not so bad, because they get spin bash, which does lag them, and then creates an opening to lead into with some other skill. Of course disarm while using a shield is less likely to land then any other style. So you're better off just screwing it all together.
