The key with illusionists is to not allow their dupes to help and not stay in combat more than twoish rounds.
Spam flee murder and you'll win. Seriously. Sitting in combat with them? Yeah, that'll get you killed.
Don't bother dispelling their mirror images, just attack 3.kerron or whichever is him and keep it like that so that you know he's not going to change it. That is, if you take away his mirror images, you'll be attacking kerron. Then you flee, return, he has them up, you need to attack _.kerron . You don't know for sure which number, usually, so now you allowed him to get the initiative. Go try again. This was a sad, sad log.
