we do call it trash, but thats evil in a nutshell. take advantage of the weaker, kill and take their stuff, trick others so they die instead of you, etc etc.
there's really no rule they're breaking.
A justice "saves" and protects people while in Seringale, which is a good thing to do, but they are not good aligned.
Legion takes out contracts on people, and they tend to be chaotic.
