Don't know WHY Valfryn chose to threaten a thief with 7 ranks on him... I was gathering supplies from Dankbark for a while, he threatened me and I said "...You're threatening someone with seven ranks on you?". Had accidentally picked one of the chests before disabling it, so I was weakened throughout the fight. And probably slightly wounded from the flame arrow. Result as follows:

    Okay, i dont know what weapons you had besides the storm headed hammer and 'Angelic', but your dagger is made out of silver(non-useable by drows) and he is not a Legion, meaning he cannot demand any of your items. Did you get a look at any of his armor?

    I'd have to say that was a bold move on his part, attacking someone with seven ranks on himself, moreover, a THIEF with seven ranks on him, lol.

    At the time (and it's changed slightly now) I had:

    a woodman's crossbow (since I have some of Belrak's arrows) (it's wild);

    Sumaron's mithril mace (17 average oversized mace, mithril material);

    a savage bolo (wild onehanded exotic);

    a short, sharp spear (not among the IDs, it's a 17 average wild spear, one handed);

    Mainly, I think I needed a twohanded or oversized exotic. He was clearly going for dual wield combat style, because of the brand. My clobber was nice, though if it had been a bash he'd have been in trouble. Still, can't clobber when someone is wielding a blade.
