Just a duel between me and Loire. I did not go out of my way to try to kill him, one hellstream at the end to send him fleeing was where I stopped chasing him.

All in all, I think he tried to flee murder more than it looks like he did because I was just catching the icicles and rays on his re-entering the rooms.

    You hit me 12 times I defended 7 times you missed 2 times. Problem for you was, you weren't doing enough damage, you were taking almost as much if not more than you were dealing out due to my fire shield.

    you kinda missed the point, if he uses an axe and eloret starts to get waxed he will just throw barrier on, axe nullified. crush smash weapons are null and void with barrier.

    I'm going to regret sharing this but, vulns go through barrier and still deal damage now. Dav forced that to be the case to my understanding. That or that was the plan in the first place. Saruth dealt some serious damage on me through barrier with a duplicate before I noticed I was being hit because I was so used to it not hurting me.

    So Oreno smash pound crush would still harm me through barrier.

    lol so then what is the point of barrier, if you are fighting someone who doesn't know about racial vulns I am pretty sure you will win with one hand tied behind your back. I guess against illusionists it may be beneficial because they have to actually find mobs that do the damage they want. But for everyone else how hard is it get a mace or staff so silly lol. This change will just make people make humans or half elfs why bother with any other race

    When people read this they tend to think that invokers are impossible to kill, trust me they are harder to kill now but beatable. The start with you have to deal out a bunch of damage on an invoker, the easy way to do that is to wield axes or grab some good smash / crushing. When the invoker puts up the barrier switch to magic weapons. When the opponent changes the game is set up where if you want to win you have to change as well.
  12. Vertas Eloret vs Loire (No Deaths) -
    I liked how Caidolese did it, she wouldn't have anything up and then I would rage and be stuck with whatever setup I had and have to sit there and take a beating.
