    I've never beaten a ranger at 50, particularly not a decked one.

    Meh, you just need to play out of their comfort zone, meaning cities and such. Someone said to play over water so you couldn't get dirt kicked. Warriors can take out rangers no prob if you are decent. It may take a bit more preparation to kill a decked ranger, but the same can be said for any class.

    Also, from this log it looks like you panicked at the start, trying to get back into the city but the gate was closed. In that time you could have collected your wits and used a potion to sanc yourself instead of spamming W to get away.

    Aren't only glowing things visible while dirt kicked? I assume purples are glowing and seeable but vials aren't.

    Didn't Hebleon die two or three times last evening?

    As for only glowing things being visible while dirt kicked, I don't believe so necessarily. Purples also have a weak cure blindness spell, which none of the *many* sources of sanctuary I know have (well, except for paladin, healer, shaman, and invoker of course).
