You can tell that this lady has seen the passage of time, likely a MUCH
longer period than you've been alive. Her blue eyes show signs of wisdom,
shimmering like a pair of blue sapphires. Her hair is long and somehow
freshly cut, like she is not about to go bald. Though it is no longer flame
red, she has managed to give it a sheen and make it look like polished
copper. As you look at her, you see that her hair fails to hide her chest
despite her attempts at modesty. Her chest is big, and it is hard not to
stare at it. It appears her heart must be very big, to make her chest that
large. Her body is not as weak as might be expected from someone so old,
being solid muscles fused with bone and tendons.

She looks confident and at ease, rather striking for an old lady. Her
posture suggests she is not about to give up, nor leave this world for many
more years to come.

    Actually that herald deserves his gear to some extent. Its not like he buys protection, so all the legion are trying to kill him for it. *shrug* If he is going to refuse protection and actually fight back thats great. If he were passive and inactive that would be different, but since he IS active, and does fight back he deserves it. I am sure we will see him lose it all at some point in the near future with so many legions having just gotten 50.

    The system regulates itself. Dont wear power gear as a herald and you wont get pked.

    remember, the rare gear that is required for the survival of those evil ones is in the hands of a herald. It would be the ultimate act of selflessness to not pk them out of some sense of honor or mercy, and be put at a disadvantage yourself.

    Sounds like Good align methods to me.

    They used to be sorta off limits now they are subject to protection and/or Oath. So if you are neutral life is easy give 10k which is a small fee to be left alone but evils don't have it that simple especially if you are walking around in shiny armor. The drawback to killing an Oathed/Protected Herald. You will be Anathema/Contracted and Marked. The Heralds are "protected" by the Keepers but since the Keepers never have more than 1 active cabal member it is pointless to consider them for protection but more as retribution I bet.
