Since polearm is always two handed. lets say you using a oversided weapon. You can eat a enlarge pill and change your style, if you wish to keep using that particular weapon.

plus it will enhance your bodyslam.

Throwing is the better idea. pills are in Serinale. Walnut or something. Thou side effects, will annoy you. Maybe you can try something to let the side effect fail. I am not sure if it ever fails.
