I doubt we will see those three classes again, given the changes however.
In terms simple enough for you to understand, the advantage would be in causing people to go after and kill these players, regardless of the outcome other than that all of them are dead. This is used by an appeal to players through the flags, and an appeal to other players who want the classes back by stating they will be returned when all of them are dead and they can work on the classes again. There's no direct benefit that you're looking for as some simplistic concept of advantage, so in this case it would simply be "to the advantage of doing what claimant X wants person Y to do, by lying or making false statements".

They are probably working on psi's, druids and monks but what's stopping them from coming back is that they simply aren't done fixing them yet. The fact that Sen remains is not a barrier to a monk revival.
