    Didn't you have to chase him to Valour to get imprisoned can't imagine you went willingly. You must have thought you had a decent chance at killing him to allow yourself to be imprisoned. To me it looks kinda silly if you are upset at dying when you brought it on yourself.

    It is kind of crappy to purify a 43 opponant. That's not really the purpose of purify. Not that it would of mattered in this case. Purify would of worn off by the time things returned to the pit if any.

    Knights shouldn't be full looting all the time unless that person has been a problem. For instance, someone running their mouth at you a lot is probably going to get full looted. Someone who has killed/full looted squires or kngihts in the past, probably going to get full looted. People like Mkatos (who normally doesnt loot unless he has to) is probably going to get full looted simply because of the threat he imposes.

    I have killed plenty of people and not full looted them. In turn, I have had people kill me and take everything (several times) and others where I did not lose anything.

    Both times I was executor I told all knights that purify should only be used on anathema, caballed opponents, and any time it is more than 1v1. That is how it is supposed to be. Hence why I enforced the change, it just never got out into help files I am guessing, though it is less help file and more rp.

    That is the purpose of Purify. Deadzero hit it on the head. It should only be used when someone is Anathema (and even then it is not always needed. Killed that new 50 Drow dk the other knight. Took his gold and his bejewelled axe. Didn't feel the need to purify him and ruin his groups ranking to wait out purify. More then more then one situation even if its 2v2 purify should be used to get one of the fighters out of the fight for you to focus on the other. Or if you kill someone you know is going to trash interrupt your next battle. Things like that. It is not set in the guidelines though because it is meant to be at the judgement of the player.

    I've never been a big fan of full loots, except in the case of a person who made a nuisance of themselves to a specific cabal.

    That being said, under no circumstances has it ever been said that being in a cabal requires cook cutter responses to all situations. If your anathema, wanted or bountied, you earned it. Some will be more zealous than others. Don't want the wrath of the cabal? Hold off on pk until fifty or learn what not to do. I.e. Don't follow a knight to Valour when anathema.

    Really shouldn't be talking about Cabal powers. Regardless, in this situation Veridon had already killed him once in the last ten minutes. He was nice enough to leave all his things after killing him and Nyde proceeded to make a nuisance of himself afterwards when veridon was trying to speak to an applicant. Of course he is going to get treated more harshly the second time.
